Theater Arts is an exploration of dramatic performance. Students create and perform their own drama as well as study varieties of plays including: tragedy, melodrama, comedy, expressionism, multicultural theater, etc. In addition, this course will include an overview of staging, set design, special effects, sound and lighting. Students are expected to be expressive, outgoing and willing to work cooperatively in dramatic activities.
