Margaret Yerdon Reading Award

We are very excited to announce this year’s recipients of the Margaret Yerdon Reading Award.  Mrs. Yerdon is a former Reading Teacher and elementary classroom teacher here at CV-S who had a lasting impact on the students that she taught.  To honor this amazing teacher, the Cherry Valley/ Cherry Valley-Springfield Alumni members have set up a yearly reading award for a 4th and 5th grade student who has shown the most improvement in their reading and comprehension skills during the school year. This year's 4th grade recipient is Julianna Kerzick and this year's 5th grade recipient is Miles Patenaude! Congratulations to Julianna and Miles for all their hard work!
